The Supreme Court dodges a bullet

They threw out the pledge case because the father didn't have the right to sue, as a non-custodial parent.
Unfortunately, they have a point--this guy is clearly using this entire case to needle his ex-wife. Nonetheless, this has to be addressed eventually. Atheists are a minority in this country, but that does not justify abridging our rights. If we don't want to be coerced into mouthing prayers by the government, it seems to me that we are clearly protected by the First Amendment.
