Finding lower lows to aim for

BushCo knows that the Democratic Convention is going to be a disaster for them. Once Kerry and Edwards are given a chance to actually speak at length for themselves without the massive amount of pro-Bush spinning from the "liberal media" that they will lose voters left and right. Obviously, the only thing they can do is find a way to keep speeches by Kerry, etc. off the television set.
Well, I guess they've figured out how to do that. Make sure we catch Osama bin Laden during the Democratic primaries.

But according to this ISI official, a White House aide told ul-Haq last spring that "it would be best if the arrest or killing of [any] HVT(High Value Target) were announced on twenty-six, twenty-seven, or twenty-eight July"--the first three days of the Democratic National Convention in Boston.

At this point, if it was revealed that their back-up plan for the Democratic Convention, in the event that bin Laden isn't caught, is to declare another war, it wouldn't surprise me.
