Actually, there's nothing feminist about this, since the implication of course is that men can't be neat without nagging.
I was 24 years old before I found out that men sit down to pee as often as not. I am more naive than I care to admit.

I think it is hilarious. I'd be more fun if there is a slight delay, so the guy starts pissing before he's scolded. That'd make him jump.
Of course, a quick wipe down keeps the rim piss-free pretty well.
