Laughing at Reagan

We're not supposed to laugh at Reagan now that he's dead. It's disrespectful.
Whatever, he was a mean old man who let thousands die needlessly on his watch and actually pushed policy that caused thousands of those deaths.
And apparently he had no problem with his people laughing at people's suffering and death as long as they were gay.
