Drop that microphone!

Apparently, old habits die hard. The FBI still thinks one of its main duties is to harass hippies. Brian Teasley of the Polyphonic Spree has the pleasure of being investigated because he packed a microphone in his luggage.

The FBI claims it was a mistake, that they thought the microphone was something else. But considering how this administration treats dissenters, wouldn't it follow that a hippie with a microphone does fall into their definition of "potential terrorist"?
