I think we've found the mysterious letter-writer

I blogged about this weird advice column a while ago where a guy was extremely worried about his wife getting pelvic exams. He seemed a bit unclear on the concept, to say the least. Well, via Atrios, I think we might have a clue to who this letter-writer might have been.
