Safer?

After September 11th, all of us, and I mean all of us, expected BushCo to at least try to make the world safer, at least try not to encourage terrorism even more. How naive we were. We should have known that they would immediately use this to dig us deeper into a terrifying situation so that they could increase their power. The forums at the BBC shed a little light on how our President's willingness to put us all in danger in order to enrich himself and his friends is being received by the rest of the world.
