The scapegoat has been settled upon

All of BushCo ignored the warnings proceeding 9/11, and someone's got to go. After alot of apparent hemming and hawing, the scapegoat will be the Clinton appointee.
And here we were hoping that Ashcroft would have to eat it. Dammit.
