It's a hard thing to define, but when Bush and Kerry share the same space, Bush looks positively Nixonian, grasping, cheap, and small. It's as if the emperor is naked and flogging his dick in your face. He's not asking for a blow job, but you don't want him to beat off in your face either, so you turn away, hoping he doesn't pleasure himself to completion. It's a gruesome sight, a sad one and one you try to turn away from desperately and can't.
